2025 Play & Workshop Tour Registration
Register below to bring a free performance of our 2025 play, The Boy in the Jaguar, to your school or organization. Additional information about the play will be available soon. This play is suitable for middle & high school students. If you’d like different grade levels to attend separate performances, please fill out the form once for each grade level. Plays are performed on Mondays and Wednesdays from March - May, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Synopsis
After his mother sacrifices her own life for her son’s benefit, Isandro, a young boy and reluctant new tribal chief, is thrust into a mystical realm where nothing is as it seems—and where he is no longer himself. Transformed into a jaguar and guided by Gusano, a cunning talking worm with a secret agenda, Isandro must face trials that will challenge his courage, compassion, and the very essence of his character. Can Isandro overcome his grief and anger to embrace his destiny as a wise and confident leader? Follow along Isandro ‘s story as he discovers the power of choice, the weight of betrayal, and the truth that Forgiveness is Messy, but healing is the ultimate victory.
The performance will be followed by a kinesthetic workshop to support and process the lessons in the story.
